1 · The short version
Outlaw is a non-custodial interface. We don't run accounts, we don't ask for your name or email to use the app, and we never see your private keys. What we handle is mostly what any website handles — plus the public blockchain data you choose to write.
2 · What we collect
- Wallet addresses. When you connect a wallet, the address is used client-side to build transactions and show your portfolio. Addresses and everything you do with them on-chain are public blockchain data by design — not something we can hide or delete.
- Token metadata you upload.Launching a token stores the name, ticker, description, links, and image you provide on our servers so wallets and explorers can resolve them. This data is intentionally public and permanent — the token's on-chain URI points at it.
- Standard server logs. IP address, user agent, and requested URLs, kept briefly for security and abuse prevention (including API rate-limiting).
We do not sell any of the above, and we don't run third-party ad trackers.
3 · Local storage & cookies
The app uses your browser's local storage for functional state only — wallet connector preferences and UI settings. No cross-site tracking cookies.
4 · Third parties
Using the Interface necessarily involves parties we don't control:
- Your wallet (extension or app) handles keys and signing under its own policy.
- RPC providers / Robinhood Chain infrastructure see the requests your browser and our servers make to read and write chain state.
- Hosting and infrastructure vendors process traffic to serve the site and API.
5 · Your choices
- Use the app read-only — browsing pairs and docs requires no wallet connection.
- Disconnect your wallet at any time; nothing about it is retained server-side.
- Think before you launch: token metadata is public and effectively permanent once a token references it.
6 · Changes & contact
We'll update this policy as the product evolves and bump the date above. Privacy questions: hello@outlaw.markets.
