Terms of Use

1 · What Outlaw is (and isn't)
Outlaw (“the Interface”) is a website at outlaw.markets that displays information about tokens on Robinhood Chain and helps you construct blockchain transactions — token launches via the Doppler protocol and trades via Uniswap. The Interface is non-custodial: it never holds your funds, keys, or tokens, and it cannot execute anything without your wallet's signature.
The protocols the Interface interacts with (Doppler, Uniswap, Robinhood Chain itself) are public, permissionless smart-contract systems that we do not own, operate, or control. Using them through our Interface is the same as using them directly.
2 · Eligibility
By using the Interface you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, that you are not barred from using it under applicable law (including sanctions regimes), and that you are not accessing it from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited. You are responsible for your own tax and legal obligations.
3 · Risk
Tokens launched on Outlaw are high-risk by nature. In particular:
- Most launched tokens lose most or all of their value. Assume total loss.
- Immutability cuts both ways: fixed supply and renounced ownership also mean nothing can be fixed, refunded, or reversed after deploy.
- Blockchain transactions are final. Neither we nor anyone else can undo them.
- On-chain data shown by the Interface may lag, be incomplete, or be wrong. Verify against the chain before making decisions.
Nothing on the Interface is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is an offer or solicitation to buy any asset.
4 · Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Interface to:
- violate any law, or launch tokens that infringe others' rights (trademarks, likenesses, IP);
- engage in market manipulation, fraud, or deceptive schemes;
- upload unlawful or malicious content as token metadata;
- attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Interface or API.
We may restrict access to the Interface (including delisting token metadata from our servers) at our discretion — this does not and cannot affect tokens on-chain.
5 · The API
The public API under /api/v1 is provided for integration free of charge, as is, without uptime or accuracy guarantees. We may rate-limit, change, or discontinue it — breaking changes will be versioned where practical and noted in the docs.
6 · Disclaimers & limitation of liability
THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TOKENS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE OR THE UNDERLYING PROTOCOLS.
7 · Changes
We may update these terms at any time; the “last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Interface after an update is acceptance of the new terms.
